The Good Karma Shop is the trading name of The Good Karma Company (henceforth “The Good Karma Shop”, “our”, “us”), a company registered in Italy under registration number MI - 2647886. Our registered address is: Via Fioravanti 33, 20154 Milano, ITALY. These terms and conditions refer to the use of our website and services (www.thegoodkarmashop.co.uk, the “website).

 

Your use of our website is subject exclusively to the following terms and conditions. You will not use the website and/or place an order unless you fully accept the terms and conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and must stop using the website immediately. Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.

 

Any contract with you arising out of your registration with our site or any order for any products you place with us and any contractual or non-contractual claims relating to the products, together with all our policies and procedures, will be governed by and construed in accordance to the laws of Italy and the courts of Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the same.

 

Orders

 

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old. Once you have placed an order and we have received it you will receive an automated email acknowledging the receipt (‘order confirmation’). This email will contain all the information about your order, including price and estimated delivery date. You must immediately check all the details contained in the confirmation order and you are advised to keep a printed copy of the order. You are able to correct any errors in your order up to the point at which you click ‘submit’ on your order. The contract between us will be formed at that point.

 

Except in accordance with these terms and conditions, all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Appearance of the Products

 

The colours and material finishes appearing on the website are as precise as possible. However, as precise colour representation depends on your personal computer screen, we are unable to guarantee the exact colour of the product upon delivery.

 

Payment

 

Payment can be made by such payment cards as are stated on our site from time to time. As at the date of these Terms & Conditions, these are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Debit and Visa Electron.

 

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time your order is confirmed allocated and filled by us. If you withdraw your order or pre-order after placing it and before we have accepted it or we do not accept your order, this payment will be refunded to the debit or credit card as soon as possible.

 

When placing an order you are confirming that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit or debit card to use it. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

 

If you are a customer whose credit or debit card is not denominated in the currency of the order, you should note that your card issuer may charge you for a currency exchange. You should check with your card issuer what you can expect to pay in your own currency before submitting your order.

 

Disclaimer

 

The Good Karma Shop makes every effort to keep the site up-to-date but cannot guarantee that this site and its content is completely free of technical errors. By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused. The Good Karma Shop’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by The Good Karma Shop to the customer, together with any postage costs incurred. The Good Karma Shop shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

When you make a purchase the details of each process within the order procedure will be registered as follows: name, the item/s purchased, delivery address, email address and payment details. On placing an order, completing a survey or sending us an email, we may use, store or otherwise process any personal information that relates to these activities and which identifies you to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the products and services that are available through our website to you by us. In respect of any saved card details, we will only ever store the card type, the last four digits of the card used and the expiry date.

All The Good Karma Shop members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us and/or selected third parties you should opt-out by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any email communications which we might send you.
