EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

 

 

If you are not satisfied, you can return your bola and exchange it or get a refund for 14 days.  

 

Here's how to return an item:  

 

1) Send an email to info@thegoodkarmashop.co.uk with "exchanges and returns" as the title and description of the item you wish to return. Indicate whether you want an exchange, credit or refund. In the case of an exchange, thank you to specify the desired template. We will then send an e-mail within 48 hours a Return Authorization number and the address where we return the items.  

 

2) Prepare your package: You can use the original envelope. Join the product (s) (s) unworn (s) and in perfect condition for resale, with the label, the explanatory map on the history of bola and original packaging. Send us all by tracking parcels to the address specified in the email.   We will proceed with the exchange, to be or refund within 14 days, we will notify you by email once we have received the product (s) (s). Reimbursement or shipping the exchange will take place within 14 days after receipt (s) item (s) returned (s).

 

Depending on your choice, you will then return another article in the case of an exchange, we will issue a credit valid for 6 months or we will refund the amount of products. We refund the item at the price you paid (deducted discounts). Note: If you are outside the European Union, the postage fee are your responsibility unless due to our fault (default).
